Pince of Persia - Two Thrones.
(I finished the Trilogy ages ago. but this is quite relevant)
There was a part where you had to get up the tower of babel. The “middle part”.
I really enjoyed the Prince of Persia games and didn’t bother replaying a scene 54321456 times when I failed.
Yet there are a few copies that are bugged.
When I climbed into an opening and got something like this:
However, I had no sand tanks left and you really need those to get save to a that platform you see at the very end.
So the way through there was:
wall running over 2 spiked cylinders on the left wall, get on the jump thingy that catapults you to a dagger hole one the right wall, climb up to the dagger hole above and wall run pass a sawblade to get to another jump thingy. then you get another jump thingy (left wall) and get to another dagger hole on the right wall and have to get past two further sawblades on the right wall. then you drop on the plattform with a few jars to crash.
I had like one sand container. IT IS POSSIBLE with just one. I guess. However…
When I entered and saw all the traps my reaction to the number of sand containers was like this:
I knew this would take ages to get done. The right timing and all…
So I just played.
Failed once, twice, five times, ten times….
then after 6543654 tries the traps didn’t go off. Not the spiked stuff on the wall, not the saws… nothing.
I reached the platform without spending a single sand tank, and even after the platform the traps didn’t go off. not a single one.
You can literally say I beat the system. incredible level 99 patience does work out!
